Foundation laid for India's first commercial semiconductor fab

Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stones for three semiconductor projects by video conference, including Tata Electronics' semiconductor fabrication facility in the Dholera Special Investment Region. The PMO reported an investment of more than ₹91,000 crore for the Dholera facility.
